Summary of events at the Vintage Trailer Jam 2008:
- Expert-led seminars and vintage repair workshops by Colin Hyde of GSM Vehicles, Steve Hingtgen of Vintage Trailer Supply, and others
- Travel lifestyle slide shows and historical presentations by Airstream Life editor Rich Luhr, Fred Coldwell, and others
- Product demonstrations
- Saturday night barbecue dinner (vegetarian alternative will be available)
- Sword-swallowing and fire-eating show by Alexander Kensington and Charon Henning.
- Live bluegrass music by Opry Station
- Vintage parts and travel accessories flea market
- $100 off labor on any project over $500 at GSM Vehicles (trailer restoration)
- One-year membership to the Saratoga Springs Automobile Museum
- Open house & Concourse judging
- Door prizes courtesy of Fantastic Vent, Airstream Life, and others
- Swag bag with gifts and information
- Free one-year subscription or extension to Airstream Life magazine, for all paid participants!
Activities, invited speakers, and amenities are subject to change prior to event dates.
On-site camping includes: 3 amp electric (for recharging only, no AC appliances please), water for filling tanks, gray water dump, one black tank pumpout (Sunday), portable toilets, and trash drop-off. Showers and bathrooms are available nearby as well.
